10. Warranties and Disclaimers

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Patrion, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in İzmir, Turkey for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If we fail to enforce any right or provision of these Terms, it does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on our Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Patrion concerning our Services.
